Grand Bistro inherits the sensitivity and creativity of MIKUNI KIYOMI.
With menus that are healthy for the mind and body and made with locally sourced ingredients, we can accommodate a variety of occasions, from private to business. Mr. Mikuni, who advocates Japonise in a classic style, offers an original bistro menu in a sharing platter style.
Dining 33 is a restaurant that is open to everyone, even if you are not a Hills House member, and is produced by MIKUNI KIYOMI, a world-renowned master of French cuisine in Japan. The restaurant inherits the sensibility and creativity that Mikuni has built up over his illustrious career, and will serve dishes in a sharing platter style, which is a first for him.

MIKUNI KIYOMI
Kiyomi Mikuni
Born in 1954 in Mashike-cho, Hokkaido. At the age of 15, he aspired to become a chef and trained at the Sapporo Grand Hotel and the Imperial Hotel, and in 1974 became the head chef of the Japanese government delegation to the Geneva Conference on Disarmament at the Japanese Embassy. After that, he trained at several three-star restaurants and returned to Japan. In 1985, he opened Hotel de Mikuni in Yotsuya, Tokyo. In 2013, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from Francois Rabelais University.

The coffee served is an original blend roasted for Hills House by Little Darling Coffee Roasters in Minami Aoyama. You can also enjoy cakes sold at Dining 33 Pâtisserie à la Maison, overseen by Mikuni, which change daily.
